Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a remotely piloted aircraft shall apply to the Director General in Form CA-5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Director General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
