Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a ferry who ceases to carry on the operation of a ferry shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Conservator of the Port in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every cargo held by him has been disposed of.
