Surrender of certificate.—Every developer who ceases to carry on the development of land shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Town Vending Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every trade licence held by him has been disposed of.
