Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a public building shall apply to the Review Committee in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Review Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
