Surrender of certificate.—Every national sports federation who ceases to carry on the governance of a sport shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Agency in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every federation held by him has been disposed of.
