Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the performer shall apply to the Appellate Board in Form 3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of eight thousand rupees, and the Appellate Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
