Application for registration.—Every performer carrying on the giving of performances shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Board in Form 9, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees and a statement of every specification held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
