Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a public building shall apply to the District Level Committee in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the District Level Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
