Maintenance of premises.—Every owner of a diesel generator set shall keep the premises where the operation of a diesel generator set is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every hazardous substance kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the operation of a diesel generator set, and shall furnish to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form VIII, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
