Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the establishment employing persons with disabilities to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form VII, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the State Commissioner shall record the manner and the date of service within twenty-one days of the service.
