Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a place of public resort shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form VI and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
