Surrender of certificate.—Every emigrant who ceases to carry on emigration for employment shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Protector of Emigrants in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every declaration of renunciation held by him has been disposed of.
