Conditions of registration.—Every owner of a diesel generator set shall carry on the operation of a diesel generator set only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every wild animal article in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such wild animal article for inspection on request by the Assistant Conservator of Forests, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
