Surrender of certificate.—Every facility management agency who ceases to carry on the maintenance of a housing complex shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every possession letter held by him has been disposed of.
