Application for registration.—Every private body funded by a public authority carrying on the receipt of public funds shall make an application for registration to the Lokayukta in Form G, within five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every disclosure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for five days from that date.
