Surrender of certificate.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform who ceases to carry on the publication of news on a digital platform shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Press Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every copy of a book held by him has been disposed of.
