Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trade union shall apply to the Registering Officer in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Registering Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
