Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of inter-State migrant workmen who ceases to carry on the employment of inter-State migrant workmen shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the appropriate Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every register of wages held by him has been disposed of.
