Safe custody.—Every Marriage Officer shall keep every order of maintenance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the solemnisation of marriages is carried on, shall record in Form V the description of every order of maintenance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Court within fourteen days of the close of each year.
