Intimation of change.—Every principal officer shall intimate to the Joint Commissioner, in Form 26Q and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Joint Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
