Surrender of certificate.—Every creche who ceases to carry on the running of a creche shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Local Complaints Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every admission register held by him has been disposed of.
