Surrender of certificate.—Every registered priest who ceases to carry on the performance of marriage ceremonies shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Rajasthan in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
