Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered priest shall apply to the Government of Rajasthan in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of Rajasthan shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
