Rule 15, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Records and Returns) Rules, 2011 [SDR-CKM]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the custodian of securities shall apply to the Government of West Bengal in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of West Bengal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
