Application for registration.—Every custodian of securities carrying on the custody of securities shall make an application for registration to the Government of West Bengal in Form A, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every securities held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
