Application for registration.—Every city gas distribution entity carrying on the distribution of natural gas shall make an application for registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VIII, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every meter held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
