Application for registration.—Every operator of a private security service in a cantonment carrying on the provision of security services in a cantonment shall make an application for registration to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form D, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every canteen stock held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
