Application for registration.—Every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form IV, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every notice of intended marriage held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
