Application for registration.—Every recruiting agent carrying on the recruitment of persons for employment abroad shall make an application for registration to the Citizenship Committee in Form A, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
