Application for registration.—Every enrolled person carrying on service in the Force shall make an application for registration to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment in Form C, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every defence work held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
