Clause 2, Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development (Trade licence Control) Order, 2011 [SDQ-S3R]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (Gujarat Act 27 of 1976); (b) "owner of a private drain" means a person carrying on the connection of a private drain to the municipal sewer; (c) "drain" means a drain received, held or disposed of by a owner of a private drain in the course of the connection of a private drain to the municipal sewer; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
