Surrender of certificate.—Every user of the national emblem who ceases to carry on the use of the national emblem shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Nodal Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
