Conditions of registration.—Every authorised user of a geographical indication shall carry on the use of a geographical indication only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of patents in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of patents for inspection on request by the Examiner of Patents, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
