Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of news on a digital platform shall apply to the Board of Film Certification in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Board of Film Certification shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
