Intimation of change.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform shall intimate to the Board of Film Certification, in Form VII and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Film Certification shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
