Correction of entries.—The Board of Film Certification may, on an application made in Form VIII by any publisher of news on a digital platform or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
