Surrender of certificate.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform who ceases to carry on the publication of news on a digital platform shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Film Certification in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every broadcast licence held by him has been disposed of.
