Application for registration.—Every operator of a stone crusher carrying on the running of a stone crusher shall make an application for registration to the Controller General in Form A, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every mining lease held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
