Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a stone crusher who ceases to carry on the running of a stone crusher shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
