Surrender of certificate.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine who ceases to carry on the practice of Indian medicine shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Health Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every medical device held by him has been disposed of.
