Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the body corporate shall apply to the Data Protection Board in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Data Protection Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
