Intimation of change.—Every deductor shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form 35 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
