Intimation of change.—Every emigrant shall intimate to the Registration Officer, in Form F and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
