Intimation of change.—Every employer shall intimate to the Industrial Tribunal, in Form II and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Industrial Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
