Application for registration.—Every employer carrying on the employment of workmen shall make an application for registration to the Industrial Tribunal in Form VI, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every appointment letter held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
