Intimation of change.—Every owner of a dangerous or offensive trade shall intimate to the Municipal Council, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Municipal Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
