Surrender of certificate.—Every exporter of services who ceases to carry on the export of services shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Goa in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-4A of the manner in which every importer-exporter code held by him has been disposed of.
