Application for registration.—Every water user association carrying on the management of an irrigation system by a water user association shall make an application for registration to the Government of Assam in Form G, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every works held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
