Rule 4, Labour Department (Additional Labour Enforcement Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2010 [SDP-NVG]

Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Additional Labour Enforcement Officer in the Labour Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall be by promotion, failing which by direct recruitment; the age limit for direct recruits shall be thirty years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognised institution with five years' experience.
