Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a saw mill who ceases to carry on the running of a saw mill shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Biodiversity Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every sample of effluent held by him has been disposed of.
